Dodge Spending Cuts - Big Recission Packages coming to Congress Next Week

Russ Vought (OMB) during an interview with Larry Kudlow on Fox Business said the Executive Branch will be sending DODGE spending cut recession packages to congress next week.  He further explained that recession packages only require a simple majority.  I hope congress don't mess up this up by attaching their pet projects.
